We warmly welcome Low Chee Meng as Senior Software Developer/Research Engineer to Hydroinformatics Institute (H2I).

Chee Meng is interested in numerical modelling and has worked on the development of efficient algorithms and computational models for wind turbine rotors, small propellers, and mooring lines. He is also interested in natural language processing (NLP) and worked on the development of software tools for NLP. Chee Meng holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and Nanyang Technological University and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
